  Incredible attention to detail. Easily the most professional and passionate person to ever work on my bike, which is the best sign one can hope for in the cycling community. The Bike Doctor is the perfect title, as Ali is way more than a mechanic.

  The store merchandise is some of the highest quality I’ve seen outside of Europe/Australia, the Titanium lightspeed frames especially are beautiful pieces of kit.

  Much better than the larger more corporate bike shops, more personality and more attention to what the customer needs, whilst ensuring you get the best value for money.

  Hands down the most value for money whenever you get your bike service or parts installation. The Bike Doctor – Ali managed to solve my bike’s headset issue. Really listens to what customer’s needs.

  I was introduced to Bike Dr by a friend when I first moved to Brunei. First thing I did was to service and rebuild my 10 years old Giant TCR. The bike was nicely put back together and got a new lease of life.

  Subsequently bought a Winspace Hypers 50 wheelset but out of the box the wheels was out of true, Scott immediately rectified the issues and went on to grease the internals of the hubs.

  Scott and Bike Dr is a small humble local bike shop, not only do they sell products and offer services, but his passion is also bigger than he is and is meticulous in his work. As an experience engineer, he ensures that he uses the right tools, products and the right specifications for each individual job.

  His contributions to Brunei cycling community does not end there he also organises weekly cake rides on Sunday.

  I do not benefit from writing this review but it is important to complement and support our LBS

  When cycling, I used to encounter with numb at bottom body, sitting uncomfortable and both hands numb. This is not right as I cannot enjoy my riding. So I decided to make an appointment with bike doctor to do a bike fit and let him know my condition.

  He helped me to install cleat on my cycling shoes and teach me how to use it.

  He did a bike fit for me which took about more than 2hours on a trainer. Didn’t manage to test on road after bike fit due to raining heavily.

  So in the night on the same day. I did a 20km rides with my friend to bandar. The bike fit was awesome.

  No more numb at the bottom body.

  No back pain or hand numb….
