As first-time renters in Thailand, we were obviously a bit careful and did a lot of research ourselves.. The reason we chose to go with BigBikeRental is only because of the confidence that Steve and Bernd instilled in us.
They were very patient with our long list of questions.. trust me, I wouldn’t have been this cool if I was the owner, and I got so many questions…lol
The motorbikes were excellent.. almost brand new. They have more than 2 dozen different types of motorbikes ranging from the scooters to maxi scooters and ADVs and some fast nakeds too.. The whole process of handing over the bikes and collecting the deposit was quick. No time is wasted, and Steve is an absolute legend.. very friendly.. very witty. We left the place with a big smile.
Bernd, the owner, is a superbiker himself and has done his share of riding across the world. Brilliant guy.. full of stories and very helpful.
Our trip wouldn’t have been so amazing had it not been for these guys and the amount of effort they put in to ensure that their customers have the best riding experience.
