  E-Bike rental RM 20 per hour and RM 5 if you want helmet. Bike was fully charged with good tires and brakes. Easy to operate and fun to cruise around the nearby UNESCO sites. Recommend.

  Zero care about their job. Didn’t even offer a helmet. Didn’t care where I was going or doing. Both staff members were unhelpful. Double the price to return at 10am the next morning.. When obviously I wanted it for 2 days. Brakes on the bike were bad. Avoid.

  Convenient location. Reasonable price. Maintenance of bike perhaps not the best, but excellent and flexible service, genial behaviour. Took their bike twice and if in future I do need a rental bike, I am coming here.

  We decidedly to rent here because we wanted to rent the four wheels cycle. However the government passed a recent law which forbid four wheel cycle on the road. The bicycles available here are rusty and old, and the location is further from Armenian Street. I suggest you rent from the newer & closer outlets on Armenian Street.

  We rented a Honda here, only bike that was available. All the vespa’s were broken and stored inside.

  These guys are amazing! If you want insurance don’t forget to get a international driver’s permit otherwise they can’t supply. Very helpful and accommodating staff! Bikes were great and let us extend every day

  If you wanna rent a scooter/ motorbike in Penang, this is the place! First, because it is not too pricy, second, the motorbike is in a really good shape and third because the owner of this place and his assistant is really nice and super professional. He asked us for our paper and you do have a receipt which is solid! He also explained everything. You can keep the motorbike for 24hrs straight or more. Highly recommended.

  I rented my scooter on 9/22/18. The cost was 35rmb for 24hours and you had to leave a 150rmb deposit on top of that, which you get back when you return the rental. Which means, when you show up, make sure you have 185rmb with you. They give you a helmet with the scooter and it comes with a full tank of gas. You must return it with a full tank. There are two gas stations right around the corner, so it’s easy. I forgot to do this, the guy working the night shift was nice and reminded me to go do it. It’s nice because he COULD have just charged me extra.

  The staff speaks English well, so I’m not sure about other reviews on here. They are friendly but protective of their investment. Don’t come at them with a bad attitude. That’s not nice.

  The scooter was well maintained and worked like a charm! If you don’t scoot often, they show you how to operate the bike, turn on, blinkers, stowaway, etc.

  When I come back to Penang, I’m coming here again, hands down. Great job to La Belle!

  Oh, and they do have more than just Vespas. They have higher cc scooters all the way up to sport motorcycles.
