Had an amazing time, the bicycle was perfect, and even tough i got some rain on the way I enjoyed each minute. Everyone who rides a bicycle and has free access in the passport to malaysia should try this!

Just remember to bring some cash with you, cause most places in Johor dont take credit cards. Ended up having a lunch on KFC because of that =D

Incredible customer service and good quality bikes at reasonable prices! Kamal took good care to fit me with a suitable bike according to my needs despite me visiting at a late hour. Bike served me well over 90km in 12 hours! Highly recommend!

Great service! Extremely friendly.

My dad needed a bike for a few days while visiting me in Singapore. Great care was taken to find the right bike (size and type) for him. Rental also included helmet and lights.

As it was a multi day rental my dad got some tools and spare tube in case there are any issues during the rental (didn’t need it). Bikes are in a good shape and my dad had a good quality bike.

Will come back with more visitors if they are looking for bikes.

    As a first time customer I am very impressed. If you want a decent road bike to rent, or in fact any type of bike dualcircle cycles has a great range. I searched around for various options in Singapore and Dualcircle was the only company who had high quality bikes.

    They provide an option to deliver to your hotel, although I chose to pick up directly from their office. The bike was conveniently ready to be picked up using a combination lock.

    I would happily used them again on my next trip to Singapore.

    Renting bikes here is the best way to see Singapore. If you use the app based city bike shares, they are poor quality, no gears, heavy, you must park them in designated parking spots which seem to be mostly in the downtown area and are limited by availability of the bike. Dualcircles bicycles are top quality and have many options for add-on accessories such as phone holders and lights. If you want an immersive way to see the city then I suggest going by bicycle. It will also end up being cheaper than the bike shares if you use it as your main form of transportation.

    Additionally, Jasper of Dualcircles was friendly and very accommodating on short notice when we booked the bike. He gave us expert suggestions on navigating the city and places to see.

    We had the best time. Highly recommend.

    We are return customers back from OCBC Cycle 2019. Our compliments and highly recommended! Jasper and Jessica were so friendly and accommodating throughout the renting process. Bikes and helmets were promptly delivered and collected. Liaising process was also equally seamless. Can’t emphasize enough how smooth and stress free the rental process is.
