As it was a multi day rental my dad got some tools and spare tube in case there are any issues during the rental (didn’t need it). Bikes are in a good shape and my dad had a good quality bike.

    As a first time customer I am very impressed. If you want a decent road bike to rent, or in fact any type of bike dualcircle cycles has a great range. I searched around for various options in Singapore and Dualcircle was the only company who had high quality bikes.

    They provide an option to deliver to your hotel, although I chose to pick up directly from their office. The bike was conveniently ready to be picked up using a combination lock.

    I would happily used them again on my next trip to Singapore.

    Renting bikes here is the best way to see Singapore. If you use the app based city bike shares, they are poor quality, no gears, heavy, you must park them in designated parking spots which seem to be mostly in the downtown area and are limited by availability of the bike. Dualcircles bicycles are top quality and have many options for add-on accessories such as phone holders and lights. If you want an immersive way to see the city then I suggest going by bicycle. It will also end up being cheaper than the bike shares if you use it as your main form of transportation.
