Great little place to take a pause after you walked through the markets and shops at Little India and, most importantly, learn more about the history of Indian community in Singapore as well as the interactions between South and Southeast Asia with 5 permanent galleries expanding through 4 floors. I especially loved a short movie about the main historic highlights about region and diaspora. Admission fee is 8 for Non-Sporeans and PRs, but you can get in free of charge during Diwali celebrations and enjoy numerous performances and craft-fairs on top.

We visited the Center in a group and found it quite interesting and informative. There were singing and dancing events held this weekend probably due to the coming Deepavali festival.

A gem of a find in the heart of Little India, showing the hard work by our Indian pioneers and their culture.

Came by this museum and was really impressed to find a well curated museum showcasing the Indian culture, the history, the arts, the traditions and most importantly the pioneers who have contributed to Singapore.

The museum had very intricate art work and statues on display. The display which touched on my heart strings was definitely the Indian pioneers of Singapore. The love and thought put into this museum was very much evident.

I would definitely come visit again.

Great interior designs. Really filled with Chinese atmosphere. The library is open for students only. Other people can go in but can’t stay long.

One of the best kept secrets Heritage sites in Singapore. This used to be the administrative building for Nanyang University when it was builder back in 1955. This magnificent building retains its majestic look over the years and serves as a bridge between Nanyang University and the current NTU. Lesser known fact was Queen Elizabeth visited this building as part of her state visit in 1972

Was quiet when we came during the weekday evening time. Did not enter the centre but the exterior looks magnificent. The exterior lightings during night time looks great for taking pictures.
