I first got into contact w Rosini, who was super patient in giving me advise on what set up to chose, what kind of food, ambience, location and more. I felt like I was in great hands and was very relaxed. I did make a little boo-boo, where I didn’t check w the hotel on their visitor rules during this Covid period. So last minute we had to change the location to an outdoor one. Rosini was very understanding about the situation and immediately went to check on a location for me.
On the event day, Faherah was patiently guiding me, sending me video instruction on how to get to venue, taking pictures for us and even coming back to bring us utensils. The set up was romantic and beautiful, it give us opportunities to take many many beautiful pictures. They even overdelivered on the cake! I asked for “something w a melty centre because my bf loves lava cake” and they baked a gigantic lava cake instead! Faherah and her team was super thoughtful and took such good care of us. It was amazing.
I love how easy it was, how everything was taken care for and we just had to show up. It was a wonderful experience and my bf was very happy and surprised. Thank you for helping me make his day such a memorable one! 5 star recommend!
