in the last weekAt the end of May 2023, I suffered a severe traumatic brain injury with a quadruple skull fracture, multiple cerebral hemorrhages, a broken nose, etc. in the streets of Bangkok due to a traffic accident that was not my fault. I was first admitted to Theptarin Hospital; the first aid was fine. However, as soon as I got to the ward after the emergency ward, the care was catastrophic. My relatives had arrived in Bangkok in the meantime, they noticed this and reacted immediately to transfer me to a better hospital. So after 1 week in Theptarin Hospital, I was transferred to Bangkok International Hospital, where I was stationed for 2 more weeks. It was almost a new world compared to the first hospital. I am Swiss and I can proudly say that we have one of the best healthcare systems in the world. So I’m used to high standards. I have to say, I was thrilled and my expectations were clearly exceeded. You first have to find such a hospital room in Switzerland, probably only in a private hospital. The staff was always extremely nice and accommodating. I had seven specialists for my various injuries and each of them came in person virtually every day of my stay. The hospital is extremely modern, very clean, bright, well furnished… you almost feel like you are at home. Every day you can choose from 6 different culinary international menus. Thank you very much for the great support. I can highly recommend that Hospital.5 months agoThis hospital is for sure the best hospital I have ever been in. I came because of a broken ankle. The assistance was excellent. Waiting time was practically none. I was seen by an orthopaedic physian who spoke perfect English. He made a thorough examination and explained my options in a very clear way. I left the hospital with all reports in English language, with copies of all the exams and with the necessary medicines. All the staff is extremely professional and nice. They explain everything, and they never let you unattended. You always know what your next step will be and when. I could not be happier to have chosen this hospital and I am truly grateful to all the staff.in the last weekI had an exceptional experience at Bangkok International Hospital, excellent health care facility in Bangkok and I must commend Khun Mam butler for her outstanding assistance. She went above and beyond the call of duty, providing swift and thorough responses to all our inquiries. Her dedication and professionalism greatly contributed to our positive experience, making our visit truly remarkable. Highly recommended for their top-notch service and excellent staff like Khun Mamin the last weekNice Hospital with great service from nurses and doctors. Nurse at integrated clinic drawing blood doesn’t hurt at all!!6 months agoI had laser eye surgery last week as an international patient (I am from the UK); specifically it was the REFLEX SMILE procedure. I am one week on from the operation and I cannot praise the staff and the laser eye facility enough. I have been so impressed with their consistency, support, follow up and professionalism throughout. Would highly recommend. The level of English spoken is fantastic as I naturally had so many questions and they were able to answer all of them to put me at ease. Much cheaper than in the UK so would highly recommend. Excellent service all round
