HMO hub takes too long, theyre holding each number too long for like an hour, not sure whats wrong. Decided to leave and go to other hospital that takes so much less time.

    Emergency and Admission

Extremely Disappointed with Davao Doctors Hospital!

I am writing this review with deep disappointment after a recent experience at Davao Doctors Hospital.

As a concerned parent, I rushed my son to the emergency room expecting the highest level of care from what is claimed to be the “best hospital” in Davao City.

My 9 year old kid having fever of over 40 degrees celcius on its 3rd day without any relief from paracetamol was rushed to this hospital.

Unfortunately, my experience left me questioning the quality of service and the commitment of the staff, especially in the admission department.

Upon arrival, it was immediately apparent that the workers in the admission area were not enthusiastic about their work. Their lack of empathy and apparent unhappiness made an already stressful situation even more challenging. I felt like I was treated as a burden rather than as a concerned parent seeking urgent medical attention for my child. They just right away said there is no available rooms but they were admitting other patients.

The denial of admission for my son in the emergency room was not only shocking but also concerning. In a critical situation where every minute counts, the hospital’s inability to promptly attend to my son’s needs is unacceptable. This is not the standard of care one should expect from a reputed hospital, let alone the “best” one in the city.
