  Need to teach good attitude to security who take care the nursery how the language used to spoken with others person. Very rude and why need to treat all person who came to visit his own son/daughter like we all not malaysians? Do something before someone really mad about it and something not really need to happen in future. Everyone also tired, and got their own problem but its not an excuse to have bad attitude when talk to others.

  A big hospital consist of old and new building. Easier to find place you want to go by asking personnel here like the security guard. As other hospitals, parking is limited. Better take a Grab or other public transport.

  Not worth any star at all. Worst hospital ive ever been to. Got treated like a prisoner as if getting sick is a crime. I can count only few dr and staff that are good with MANNERS. fix your thing. if this is not what you want to do in life, find other jobs. being nice never cost you a cent

  Some facilities should be upgraded to fullfill the demands from patient. Good looking ward area has to be considered as priority. Parking area also is a major thing to review when there are any expansion for the hospital. Btw, there are supportive and good Doctors who able to advice and answer the question from patient family or guardian.

  Overall is good.

  For my experience during admitted ward 9B because diarrhea, I feel very comfortable because the room was tidy and clean. Also to all nurses that was kind and polite, always attend every call bell below 2minutes. Also for nurses at emergency dept that give the fast action once I arrived.

  Hospital which has positive vibes. Good for patients be it out-patients or in-patients. Service with a smile most of the time by registration and ward reception areas. Very caring and empathetic to patients. Doctors and nurses are caring in their attitude. Excellent health-care facilities. Good comfortable room for in-patients. Hospital food for patients was good enough and available on time. Cafeteria has a reasonable variety. At times, some staff are not able to communicate in English effectively, which might be a challenge for non-local patients. Overall, I will recommend this hospital to people who need health care services.

  Quick, excellent and professional care at the Emergency Department. No problems seeking treatment as a foreign tourist, just needed to show my passport. All staff were very welcoming and spoke excellent English. Very reasonable bill at the end of treatment (including medications) and receipts were provided for travel insurance claims. Recommend this hospital if you need to see a doctor while in Melaka.
