We stayed here and we loved the experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Everything was clean and the ac was good. Safe place to sleep in because of the coded doors. It was small but it was more than enough, more than affordable and homey.

This has got to be the crustiest budget hotel I have ever set foot on. 700 pesos for 6 hours is a fair price IF the room is clean and the walls aren’t made of plywood. You could hear every single rustle that goes on outside your room. Security seemed low; the only thing standing between you and akyat-bahays is a single door with an electronic lock which by the way can be unlocked with a 4 digit security code. It only takes one employee to sell you out and have you burglarized.
