Wouldn’t even give it 1 star if I could. All our white clothes are ruined, covered in brown and purple stains. Baring in mind these were all perfectly white beforehand. Would not recommend at all! They don’t even smell clean, it’s like we have paid to have our clothes stained. 0/10

I’d recommend this service if you need laundry done whilst staying in hanoi. I had a lot which needed doing and they picked it up from my hotel reception an hour or so after I contacted them on WhatsApp. The clothes came back by moped courier very clean and nicely folded. There was some confusion about the delivery time but they were able to expedite it after I let them know i needed it earlier before I was catching a train.

6 months agoI took my clothes here to get cleaned using the wash/fold option (by kg). I asked the lady to please separate my whites from my colours – which hasn’t been an issue at any other laundry service during my 5 week long trip across Asia. I picked up my clothes and found my white shirts completely dyed and unusable. Very disappointing considering she said “yes that is no problem.” Also, I asked when to come pick up and she said they close at 7 so before then. I ensured my afternoon tour plans were scheduled in a time where I could be back to pick them up by 7. I get there only to find out they are in fact open until 8… which means I could have had more time and not cut my plans short. Poor customer service in my opinion. I now have 2 shirts that have gone in the garbage.2 weeks agoTried it and it’s great. Doing laundry here is very safe. sociable staff9 months agoI left my Laundry at another branch but went to this one for pickup because I got confused. The staff was very nice and made somebody bring my laundry within ten minutes even though it was my fault and I was ready to go to the right branch. Outstanding customer service! My (actually dirty) Laundry came back clean and with a gentle nice smell. Not the extreme perfume smell you sometimes get at other laundry services.2 months agoIroned an original FC Barcelona t-shirt on the outside – needless to say, item ruined. Don’t know how this happens at a laundry shop, seems like turning shirts like this inside out should be basics…a year agoI cannot remember the gentlemans name – he was a young lad running the shop. Anyway, besides the point, he provided exceptional service. They were both fast and cheap. Nearly 10’s cheaper than what the hotel were charging. Not only this, despite our hotel being set back 3 miles from the old quarter – he got his driver’s schedule and accommodated delivery the following day. Items came back smelling nice and very clean. Great option for anyone staying in Hanoi not wanting to pay the ridiculous prices that the hotels charge.
