This place is amazing. Send them a WhatsApp message if traveling. My hotel wanted over $200 usd for what would be a medium load of laundry.

The Laundry Room picked up my bag and returned it clean in under 10 hours for a very fair price.

Support the locals and this place does a great job and great service.

The best laundry in town! “The Laundry Room Wash & Fold” deserves the highest score possible in all areas! I very highly recommend here for travellers, expats and locals alike.

Myself and my partner have been in Siem Reap for nearly 3 months and until now have been using local laundromats on the outskirts of the center. We have gotten used to paying for our clothes to be washed with minimal to no detergent. Our clothes would often still smell or have stains, so we haven’t really felt completely clean clothes wise for some time.

As we are off to the islands possibly long-term, we were desperate for our clothes to be deep cleaned beforehand. Wash and Fold did not disappoint! Within 24 hours they had washed and folded (literally) 9.5kg worth. Each item is incredibly well done, smells amazing and have very little to no stains left! (Even old armpit marks are gone). They deserve as much business as possible. The main woman speaks great English and is very friendly, you can also easily ask her for special requests. It is very accessible and quick to respond to messages.

1kg costs $1.50, which is the same Price as our previous laundromats but much better quality!

I was very impressed how my whites were once again white, linen soft and ironed, and damp smelling shirts no longer needing to be thrown away. So I included it within my pictures ?

We were in a tuk tuk driving by, lost, but the staff must’ve seen the big bags of laundry with us and stepped out to the street to flag us down! ?

Everything came back neatly folded, organized, and smelling nice.

I think the bill came to somewhere around $1USD per kilogram? Whatever it was, it sure beats the extortionate fees our hotel was trying to charge!

Also, since we dropped off early, they offered to have it ready later on the same day! We didn’t need it until the next day anyway, but good to know they have a quick turnaround.

I’m more than happy with the service I got from that laundry. The staff was amicable and welcoming to us. The laundry is done in a day, is seamlessly folded together, and smells very fresh.

When I unpacked everything at the hotel, I noticed my missing laundry bag. The next day, I went back and showed them a picture of it, and in no time, they were able to find it. They were really sorry about it.

It is five stars for me because they did an outstanding service. It has been the best laundry experience we had so far in SEA. Since mistakes can happen to everyone at any time, I wasn’t mad about that (probably because they found it, hahaha).

Can’t really compare to other laundry places, since we came back twice during our stay in town. Service was excellent. Our clothes were clean and folded to perfection. We also cleaned a pair of sneakers.
