English speaking Guide Simon was helpful and made all the arrangements from picking us up at the airport to checking into Hotel and Golf courses a breeze. He also recommended a few famous local eateries and acceded to our requests at all times. We were very happy with Simon’s service, which made our stay and experience enjoyable. The hotel we stayed in Anatole Hotel was well located in the Old Quarter and the staff was helpful courteous and friendly. The breakfast spread was good. The Hotel was clean. Overall we were happy and had an enjoyable Golfing holiday and stay in Hanoi. Thank You Pinnacle.

I have engaged Pinnacle Travel services a few times. The latest was a trip to China. The entire experience was fabulous and local tour guides are so professional, pleasant and helpful. Jin Yu at Pinnacle is very pleasant, patient and knowledgeable in guiding me throughout the whole process. I will definitely go back to her again for my next trip.

Thanks to Cass of Pinnacle Travel for arranging our 5D4N trip to Danang- Hue-Hoi An from 16th to 20th Feb 2019. It was so colourful at night at Hoi An with the thousands of lanterns lighting the streets and both sides of the river banks. Danang beach is clean and inviting and a trip to the resort Bana hills bring so much excitement with the cable rides and amusement park. Hue which used to be Capital of ancient Vietnam is so rich in its history of the past Emperors.
