Though the pharmacy is much smaller, the lady was very kind and issued the receipt immediately upon request. A larger cough syrup costed only 65,000 dong and is undoubtedly the reasonable price. Before I left, I used Google Translate to share my experience with the lady running this pharmacy and said to her, “Thank you for being honest.” She also kindly reminded me to make sure the item on the receipt is the same item as the one I bought.

Really helpful people, I was prescribed a lot more than i’d hoped but thats fine as long as it works. Its not fully solved the job but some of the symptoms are down. So good job from these guys.

24H support. very kind . My wife’s ears hurt. I needed medicine because of the inflammation. Many pharmacies were either closed or out of stock. But I could get some medicine here.

Good quality of medicine with excellent service mind!!!! The pharmacists don’t speak English, but they are eager to help using Google Translate. Their advises were helpful for sure. They also take major credit cards. Hope they could do delivery on Grab. Highly recommend for foreigners.

Really helpful, amazing staff. The pharmacist was very patient. We used translators and I got everything I needed. She gave me advice on what to do and what to use. Highly recommend!

    Best pharmacy I have found in all of Vietnam in terms of availability of different medications, English speaking, knowledgeable staff, and mostly friendly service. Yes you might find cheaper prices elsewhere but the convenience is worth it and sometimes higher quality products.

    Helpful, friendly and have great recommendations for products. Everyone we dealt with speaks perfect English. Prices are marked on products and fair. You are working through a glass counter window but they will hand you product to look at. Would recommend if you need anything and are not able to speak Vietnamese.

    Good pharmacy well stocked with medication other pharmacies didn’t have. Very close to Kiem Lake opposite end to old quarter.
