  DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. I bought a tablet for my nephew. They encouraged me to get some accessories including a tempered glass cover which is understandable. The unit was okay when we checked it at the store. But when I got home I noticed that there was a defect when using some downloaded apps. I immediately went back to return it and they said they will replace it but will not replace the tempered glass cover because it is not part of the warranty. I told them that it was not our fault that they sold us a defective tablet and that they should compensate for the hassle and for the tempered glass which was a bit expensive. What alarmed me was the response of the sales lady. She confidently said that THIS SITUATION HAPPENED COUNTLESS OF TIMES IN THEIR STORE AND THEY WILL NOT COMPENSATE ANYTHING.She added that I SHOULD PAY for another tempered glass cover AT THEIR STORE. So this means that they have sold many defective devices and will force you to get some accessories just so you will have to replace it again and buy more accessories. Also they will take forever to replace the device. They said the replacement unit WILL COME IF IT COMES. I will never buy anything from this store. There are many other stores at SM which are far better than this store.
