after 2 weeks I got my robot cleaner back, he charged me for RM250 but the brush is still broken (as seen in the photo). When asked why? he answered that he dont know as they outsource the repair to a third party. (Seven mobile )

No apologize and not even giving a receipt when asked. In conclusion, very disappointing and absolutely Zero customer satisfaction, customers are being scammed, hope their boss are aware of this serious problem.

DISHONEST SELLER, called xiaomi official and provided the careline the id number of my phone, turned out the warranty has started months ago, I bought for original price, they said new phone, but phone battery and location settings got problems, few months only. GO BUY AT OFFICIAL SHOP, dont visit this LAPSAP SHOP, scam my money, hope u get ur karma 😉
