Located right next to Fort San Pedro, Cebu City. I went here for a postal ID transaction, which will cost you Php504.00, you just need to prepare the requirements, like, birth certificate and certificate of residency. 2-3 months is the waiting time before you’ll get your card.

Change your contact number to a reachable one so people don’t waste their time trying to contact you. What a useless Office.

The numbers provided cannot be contacted. And now that I’m here in the office to claim a parcel, it’s taking them a long time to find it.

You honestly deserve a ZERO rating. We sent registered mail on August 30 containing an important document. It’s OCTOBER now, and the recipient has not yet received the mail. The frustrating and the most disappointing thing is that NO ONE ANSWERS OUR CALLS!!!! NO ONE!!! Seriously???? Are you not ashamed of your services? Of your system??? We tried to be understanding. However, this is too much! By the way, this is not the first we experience your bad services. ? BUT THIS IS THE FIRST TIME WE SPOKE! ?

Scammers! So sad they scam their own citizens. They should all be ashamed of themselves…do all government employees really have to be corrupt and bad at their jobs ?? I can’t even trust postal workers to do their job even though I paid them to do their job – it’s really sad and pathetic. I used to work for the Post Office too so I know a thing or two about this industry… and they are definitely scamming their own people here. Sad. Corrupt – 1 star. Would not recommend using the government- just pay the extra money for a private company if you don’t want to be scammed or have your package lost/ stolen. And they don’t care since it’s a government job and they know they won’t face any consequences, and that’s why they continue to scam their own neighbors… so pathetic. Even though I already paid for shipping they still wanted to collect a fee, even though they didn’t deliver it too… scam ! And then lost my very important package that shows it sitting in their office over a month. Find another way to ship your valuables!

ZERO stars. Number cannot be reached. They lied and said they made an attempt to deliver two weeks ago. After trying to claim insurance on the package from the USA, they now say it was in holding for import fees. They probably looked inside package and wanted to give it as gift for their family.

If you value your package, do not use USPS from the USA. They work with the Phils Post Office. Worst experience ever.

Top Post Office Alternatives in Cebu City

The Manila Central Post Office, often called the Post Office Building, is the main postal office of Manila, which also serves as the headquarters of the Philippine Postal Corporation. It also houses the main mail sorting-distribution operations of the Philippines.
It is located along the banks of the Pasig River in Lawton, Ermita and lies at the northern end of Liwasang Bonifacio. Its location along the Pasig was a part of the Burnham Plan of Manila for easy water transportation of mails. Its central location with converging avenues made the building readily accessible from all sides. The original building was designed by Juan M. Arellano, Tomás Mapúa, and Ralph Doane in neoclassical style. However, it was severely damaged in World War II during the Battle of Manila and was subsequently rebuilt in 1946 while retaining most of its original design. Before midnight on May 21, 2023, the building was severely damaged by a massive fire that started in the basement and spread throughout its floors.
