Customer service is bad, you should visit another post office! The short-haired employee sat typing and talking to customers like she was the mother of the world, mother of nature. People are younger than her but are also guests, they talk properly but she asks blankly, “Who bought it?” Where? Which district?” After that, my face was all fussy ????? I didn’t know the process so I went to the post office to ask. If I knew then I wouldn’t have come in the first place. No one forced her to smile, but the basic thing about being a service person is that talking to customers must be soft and thoughtful. You work for a living thanks to customers coming to the post office, but who asked you to act like that? The customer service department should review it!

This isn’t the first time I’ve sent documents to the post office. Normally I send them to the post office near my house, but it’s convenient to pass by so I went to the city post office. I have an app to track orders because I often send a lot. The thing is, when I told the recipient to pay the fee, the staff said they didn’t have it. Here, they only pay in advance and then come back and tell the customer to return the fee, but this is all my customer. Hundreds of people don’t have time to ask for each person’s fee back. This lady said the prepaid sender fee is cheaper, but I said it’s ok as a customer, I don’t worry about whether it’s expensive or cheap, but this employee insisted that she had to pay in advance. the recipient can pay. The post office should review whether the staff followed the correct process. There is no way they can force the sender to pay. I was so angry that I went back to another post office to send it and it was ok. The employee receiving the typing documents (fat person, shortest hair)
