WORST SERVICE. No Update. No Customer Service. Koreapost takes a day to send the parcel to the Philippines and then my box is sitting in Manila for 20 days. I’m paying a lot for quick shipping tf! So yes, keep guessing where your shipment is! Philpost keep up the worst job ?

Not responsive, not responsible. Philippines Post is the worst postal service in the world. They don’t process the packages even if it is sent through Speed Post from any country. They will pamper it in Manila till the things inside the package rot. I will suggest if you have some extra money send through private courier, this post is not worth your time and money. Plus the Davao Post Staff is rude, they are no cooperative nor they are ready to give answers. There is no way to contact them, the numbers they provide are wrong. No response in emails as well. It was a mistake for me, I hope you don’t make the same mistake. Worst worst worst service.

I went there to get my postal ID and although the transaction was smooth, the ID is taking ages to finish. It’s been almost 3 months and no tracking still. This is supposed to be the fastest ID to obtain but 3 months is way too long. I also emailed philpost’s CS but no response

Top Post Office Alternatives in Davao City

The Manila Central Post Office, often called the Post Office Building, is the main postal office of Manila, which also serves as the headquarters of the Philippine Postal Corporation. It also houses the main mail sorting-distribution operations of the Philippines.
It is located along the banks of the Pasig River in Lawton, Ermita and lies at the northern end of Liwasang Bonifacio. Its location along the Pasig was a part of the Burnham Plan of Manila for easy water transportation of mails. Its central location with converging avenues made the building readily accessible from all sides. The original building was designed by Juan M. Arellano, Tomás Mapúa, and Ralph Doane in neoclassical style. However, it was severely damaged in World War II during the Battle of Manila and was subsequently rebuilt in 1946 while retaining most of its original design. Before midnight on May 21, 2023, the building was severely damaged by a massive fire that started in the basement and spread throughout its floors.
