a week agoExtraordinary experience we had in this monkey forest in the heart of Ubud. The tickets are cheap, and the place is easily accessible by taxis. The monkeys are not that aggressive, but you have to careful with them. And rule number one: take off sunglasses, and other accessories which could be easily stolen from you. The forest is much bigger than I expected. We were walking around for an hour and half. Every recommendation for the tourists.a week agoPretty much every one visiting Ubud will come here and it’s well worth it. It’s a beautiful setting with lots of interesting statues and places to sit and hang out. Watching the monkeys doing their thing is very entertaining (especially if a not so smart tourist brings some food in there bag) educational and interesting. Every time I come here I see and learn something new, this time I was amazed to see monkeys cooking. The staff were burning off some piles of vegetation and a group of monkeys were putting bananas and sweet potato into the fire, waiting till they were cooked then getting them out cooling them on the ground and enjoying a nice cooked meal, just amazing to see!in the last weekUbud Monkey Forest in Bali is an awesome place where you can hang out with hundreds of cool monkeys! It’s open every day from 9 AM to 6 PM, but make sure you get your tickets by 5 PM. Adults ticket is 80k on weekdays and 100k on weekends, and it’s cheaper for kids.Related articles:- The 4 Largest Zoo in Jakarta
