The place loses a star, at least 1 if not more, for the lack of service. There is absolutely no one to guide you or help you if you need directions or any kind of assistance. Language is a big barrier too. In service department it is no where near Disney. Be ready with a good map.
Cable car ride is spectacular, views from the Golden Bridge are wonderful and the engineering to have created such opulent construction is mind boggling.
Things to be aware of, buffet included with the ticket is not great. Tickets are cheaper after 3pm. And while it says open to 930pm, the cable cars down to the ground operate sparingly after 5pm. If you have a timeframe, ensure you are informed of timing. We had to wait until 7pm to get a cable car down and then walked for about 10 minutes to get to the ground.
