I was so glad that I met Nurul 13 hrs before my visa appointment. She is really helpful, friendly, and passionate at her job. She also patiently helped me with the travel insurance. Not long after I sat there, there were 2 other people lining up behind me and she kept calm and did not rush me to settle everything. Bravo Dwidaya Tour!

Retarded as hell never use this service waste 2 weeks of my time to say there system is down and they can’t make the visa application when they knew from day one that we had 4 weeks to our flight

    Employees are very friendly and polite, can explain very well whatever I asked about, e.g. JR pass, JR Hokuriku pass, etc. Location in Mid Plaza building (near by MRT stop), from the lobby take the stairs at the left to B1 (basement level), then go to the left, straight ahead then you will find HIS at the right side. Some employees can speak Japanese fluently. Perfect service.
