a month agoAVOID the worst company I have ever experienced. Bus from Vientiane to Da Nang they put 3 westerns on the cargo bus which so old and dirty with no A/c or fans it was so hot .Everyone else (all other nationalities) they put on another bus that was clean and new. The bus kept stopping at different scrap yards to pick up old metal car parts to load on the busAll the driver were smoking on the bus while driving We had to ask for them to stop so we could go to the toilet.
They didn’t drop us at the bus station in Da Nang they dropped us on an industrial estate where they were delivering the scrap metal too.
Absolutely disgusting DO NOT book with these people.they should be struck off

We bought the ticket through an agency but the receipt has got your name address phone number and all your details on. We were picked up at our hotel by one of your tuk tuks we took your bus from your office in Vang Vieng to Vientiane You dropped us off at a hotel then collected us to take us to the bus station It was your staff that directed us to the bus So if you didn’t arrange it who did????
You took our money you are responsible for the standard of transport you provide customers
Photo proof we booked with your company
5 months agoWe used this company to go from Vientiane to Siem Reap and booked tickets from their own website. It was a very long journey more than 23 hours and we had to get on/get off 5 different vehicles. The first one was a sleeping bus which departed 1 hour late, all the other 4 were a minivan and were on time. When we got off one, the other had already been there. 3 vehicles on Laos side and 2 on Cambodia side. There was 1 minivan already waiting for us on the other side after we finished collecting our visas, so all the connections were ensured and managed well. However the roads were so bumpy in both the Laos side and Cambodia side, we could hardly sleep, it was like we were doing headbanging on the minivans. But it was the roads, not the drivers’ fault.
The bed on the sleeping bus is like in the picture below, so if you go alone you might have to share it with a stranger, or you’ll have to buy 2 tickets to have it all for yourself. My boyfriend is more than 190cm so the journeys on the minivans were very uncomfortable for him. The space on the sleeping bus was fine but as I said roads were crazily bumpy.
If i remember correctly (it’s already been 2 months) we stopped at 3 places on the way, 2 just for toilet and you can buy some snacks, the other one is a family restaurant with proper food and toilet. When we arrived in Siem Reap, the company offered passengers FREE tuk tuk to your hotel, but our hotel was so close to there so we decided to walk.
We arrived safe and sound without losing anything or being scammed. The trip was predictably uncomfortable since it was by bus and minivans.
6 months agoI can’t complain. They were in time. We arrived more than punctual at Mo Chit. There were snacks und something to drink. The bus was clean. Staff Lady was a shouting at us passengers like at a naughty school class, despite we all behaved very well. ?? No one was peeing on the seat. ?? You can use your ticket to buy something at a shop during a break, so you won’t starve . As a “Tourist” you have to pay 5 Baht to the strict staff Lady, maybe otherwise you will get punished. But I hope in a kinky way.???2 months agoTHIEVES – DO NOT USE!We took a buss from Vang Vieng to Vientiane. Our pick up brought us to their backyard buss depot in Vang Vieng. There we were asked for our backpacks to load the on the buss. It took another 20-30 minutes until all customers were there and we started. Good time for the two Packers to search our backpacks and take out a total of 300 Euro from hidden pockets in the luggage. We saw that our bags were closed differently than normal when we arrived at the airport and thereby found out we were robbed. The buss was already gone, so we contacted the company and the police. No reaction from the company. Not even an apology. Hence, take the train, itissaver and faster. The theft adds to their bad reputation and makes it a red flag company foralltravellers.
a month agoThis was the WORST trip of my life. I have been traveling for 20 years and never received such poor service. The taxi never showed up at the hotel in Vientiane. After I messaged them they replied (25 MINUTES LATER) to tell me it wouldn’t come because “the driver had an accident”…. So they told me to take a tuktuk to the bus station where, you guessed it, absolutely no one was waiting for us 🙂 Some guy showed up not even 20 minutes before our bus to Bangkok’s departure to give us the ticket for the trip. We’d been waiting 40min by then, with only a “the driver is coming” to go on.
Obviously no apology from them, the guy took another 10min to finally accept to pay me back for the tuktuk (which they guaranteed they would pay for) and only after I got angry – and I am NOT the most threatening person, mind you (5ft2 female..) did they give us our money back
Not even hoping for a refund, just had to get it out and hoping no one will get the same treatment as we did.

Top Travel Agent Alternatives in Vientiane
Vientiane, the capital city of Laos, is a popular destination for travelers looking to explore the rich history and culture of Southeast Asia. While many tourists rely on travel agents to plan their trips, there are several alternative options that can provide a more personalized and cost-effective experience. Here are three top alternatives to travel agents in Vientiane:
- Online Travel Platforms: Instead of using a traditional travel agent, many travelers in Vientiane turn to online travel platforms to plan their trips. Websites like Expedia, Booking.com, and Airbnb offer a wide range of accommodation options, flights, and tours that can be easily booked online. These platforms often provide user reviews and ratings, allowing travelers to make informed decisions based on other tourists’ experiences. Booking online also gives travelers the flexibility to compare prices and customize their itineraries according to their preferences.
- Local Tour Operators: Engaging with local tour operators is another popular alternative to travel agents in Vientiane. These operators specialize in organizing tailored tours and experiences, allowing travelers to immerse themselves in the local culture and explore off-the-beaten-path destinations. Local tour operators often have extensive knowledge of the region and can provide insider tips and recommendations. They may offer itineraries that include activities such as temple visits, hiking, river cruises, and visits to traditional villages. Engaging with a local tour operator gives travelers the opportunity to support the local economy and interact with the local community.
- DIY Travel Planning: For more independent travelers, planning a trip to Vientiane on their own can be an attractive option. With the abundance of information available online, it is now easier than ever to research and plan a trip without the need for a travel agent. Travelers can browse travel blogs, forums, and online guides to gather information about the best attractions, restaurants, and accommodations in Vientiane. By booking flights, accommodations, and tours directly through the respective websites, travelers can often find better deals and discounts. DIY travel planning allows for complete flexibility and customization of the itinerary, ensuring that every aspect of the trip suits the traveler’s preferences and budget.
Ultimately, the choice between using a travel agent or alternative options depends on the individual traveler’s preferences and needs. While travel agents can provide convenience and expertise, alternative options such as online travel platforms, local tour operators, and DIY travel planning offer greater flexibility, personalization, and cost savings.
