All the driver were smoking on the bus while driving
We had to ask for them to stop so we could go to the toilet.

They didn’t drop us at the bus station in Da Nang they dropped us on an industrial estate where they were delivering the scrap metal too.

Absolutely disgusting DO NOT book with these people.they should be struck off

We bought the ticket through an agency but the receipt has got your name address phone number and all your details on.
We were picked up at our hotel by one of your tuk tuks
we took your bus from your office in Vang Vieng to Vientiane
You dropped us off at a hotel then collected us to take us to the bus station
It was your staff that directed us to the bus
So if you didn’t arrange it who did????

You took our money you are responsible for the standard of transport you provide customers

We used this company to go from Vientiane to Siem Reap and booked tickets from their own website. It was a very long journey more than 23 hours and we had to get on/get off 5 different vehicles. The first one was a sleeping bus which departed 1 hour late, all the other 4 were a minivan and were on time. When we got off one, the other had already been there. 3 vehicles on Laos side and 2 on Cambodia side. There was 1 minivan already waiting for us on the other side after we finished collecting our visas, so all the connections were ensured and managed well.
