  Place needs a lot of.improvement.The owner should provide additional furnitures like sofa and bed.The airconditioned room has a lot of mosquitoes although it was cold.It was also a.little difficult to.find. It is located inside a parking lot.

  We are renting the venue but they want to charge 5k corkage because they have a caterer partner. How do they become a venue for rent if they charge corkage??? Is this still liable???
