Good place for exercise and walk. Suitable for children and elderly. No entrance fee. Swimming pool and the bridge cannot access, under maintenence. Not suitable for people with wheelchair. Alot of space for parking. Can access to the park using grab as well.

    Restroom available, not clean.

This place need a massive upgrade from local authorities as one of miri iconic landmark. The hanging bridge is out of operation. The toilet is fairly clean. Ample parking space. What makes this park merry is the foodcourt especially during dinner time. There are a few emergency pole which enable visitor in distress to call enforcers by just a press of button. There a lot of cctv too.

Very sad ? I don’t know why this is one of the top 10 recommended places to visit in Miri at all. The bridge is closed, the water park is dirty, the fountain is dried out, the skateboarding area is small, and the food stalls are closed during the day. It is just so so sad.

One thing good is that the area is very big. It has so much potential to be better.

Here are some nicer pics to trick more of you to go try your luck. ???

What a great park for all walks of life! There is even a water play .

The hanging bridge is under maintenance hence slight disappointment

There are also eateries at the entrance of the park.

It’s a park done by the council which is very interesting. They have a suspension bridge. A mock oil well tower, jogging and walking trails, and a Local seafood square with three seafood shops, one of them being Halal.

I came here to have seafood as it was recommended, but I also managed to enjoy walking the suspension bridge and going up the tower to see the Miri sunset. The seafood was quite good with many interesting choices. More importantly, the seafood was super fresh. Recommended for anyone in visiting Miri.

I was exploring Miri on foot and stumbled across this park. It was a Friday morning and I was surprised that there was absolutely no one except cleaners. Good to know that it’s being maintained well because it’s a great facility. I really enjoyed looking at the “amphitheater”. A really big place for performances, must be amazing at night!

A nice park for leisure activities. Equipped with simple exercise machines, a playground for kids and shady areas for a leisure walk or jog. Some sections of the park are still under renovations. Hopefully the local authority will keep their consistency in keeping the park clean and well managed. Should trim the plants regularly especially the overgrown branches as it will be dangerous to the park goers. Another thing they should consider putting up clear signages of the toilets/ washrooms. I can’t see any.

I’ve enjoyed my daily walks around this park. There’s lots of different routes you can take to make it interesting, even in the heat of the midday sun there’s plenty of shaded space. The gardeners are working around every day so can be a bit noisy with the leaf blowers going, plenty of regular people exercising every day so you get to say hi as you walk around. The park keepers are based centrally and do regular rounds. It is safe and even at night although several young groups of motorcyclists are hanging around you don’t feel at all intimidated. It’s a haven in the middle of Miri away from the hustle and bustle of the streets
