This gym is so cheap, is full of all sorts of machines for a good workout. Only fans so you will definitely sweat. Arrangement of machines and weights and dumbells are a mess.

Yeah, buddy! This gym is a blast from past. Lots of cool old machines that have gone out of fashion in the west with enough free weights to get a pump in. Dumbbells don’t go too heavy – I’d guess up to 70lbs or so – but there are benches with plenty of plates to scrounge. No a/c and the fans aren’t always on so prepare to sweat! Good fun.

Pretty good gym for bodybuilding. Squat rack, tons of equipment, cool rare machines like a plate-loaded flat pec fly. Not a ton of cable options, no/few 20kg plates but plenty of 15s. No WiFi (network doesn’t work), no A/C, treadmills cost extra. But it’s a find gym for hard working serious lifters.

Lots of equipment, and not to busy. Entrance fee is only 1500 (40 cents).

Not 5 stars because the equipment is quite old and many of the free weights are rusty and loose. Dumbbells don’t go over 45lbs either from what I could see.

No AC, fans were sparse, but it’s a great experience working out here compared to the gyms in North America.

1500r/$.37 for a day pass. I’ve never seen so many weights or machines outside of California gyms; basic equipment and some obscure pieces. Friendly; plenty of older people, women and even some kids working out. No AC, so be prepared to sweat. If you know what you are doing, you will love it!

I passed by this gym. I was happy that it was a CrossFit gym! I was allowed to use the open gym for my own training and one of the coaches just chilled with me. Very friendly coaches and members. If you want to hit the gym – simply go here if you like to workout.

Unfortunately I just made it one time to fitness btb. Coach Sat was really nice and coached very well and helpful. Would definitely come back to that place and join more classes. If you want to get there maybe the best option is to rent a bike. It’s a little bit out of the city.

A wonderful place with great staff. Definitely worth your time and effort. The workouts are intense, but they remain consistently engaging – would recommend it to anyone of any level.

Great gym for all your functional fitness – squat rack, rings, boxes, battleropes, climbing ropes etc. The coach there too is helpful and welcoming. Best to call/txt/email to make sure it’s open before going
