I had a wonderful experience during my trip to Hô-Chi-Minh-City by coming to M.Nguyen Yoga class. The flow of the class was precise and balanced. But moreover, as a foreigner coming for the first time in his class, I was more than impressed as he really took the time to translate every Vietnamese sentences in English and was making sure I was doing the position the right way. He was patient and very generous in his way of teaching yoga. I highly recommend for everyone to follow his classes!

Nguyên was kind, patient, and didactic. It had been a while since I’d practiced yoga, but found that he gave me some of the most detailed and helpful adjustments and feedback that I’ve ever received in a yoga class. He asked consent before offering hands-on adjustments and he seamlessly translated the entire class (which I felt bad about but he said he and the class were used to it). Once I got over the embarrassment of being so rusty, I really enjoyed the experience!

So impressed with his class. Attention to detail and despite being from England and not speaking Vietnamese I was very welcome by Nguyen and the class. Clearly his experience in yoga shows as he easily noted I was a runner and gave plenty of suggestions I could use to ease my hamstrings. Thank you Nguyen

Nguyên is nice and very patient to everyone in session. The yoga class is well organized by timing perform and maintain good atmosphere for exercise.
